STEP 1: FEASIBILITY STUDY

We conduct a feasibility study in order to fine tune any potential risks in the scope of work, schedule and budget.

A site assessment is done to decide the feasibility of the proposed work based on site conditions

Based on the initial scope of work and specifications we discuss the budget with all stakeholders

Budget risks are identified and we propose measures to reduce any additional costs.

STEP 2: DESIGN & BUDGETING

We develop the conceptual design to ensure our clients targets, functional and design objectives are met

Leverage our relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices

Full review of sub-trade quotes, capabilities and experience consistent with this type of project

Identify value engineering opportunities by suggesting changes in materials & scope of work

Provide detailed and precise budget broken down by industry standard divisions

Development of project construction schedule

STEP 3: PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Execute stipulated price or construction management agreement

Procurement of all documents required for permit submission

Apply for Municipal Building Permit

Issuance of Purchase Orders and confirmation of materials availability

Health & safety plan identified & documented

Set up command centre & first aid on site and ensure site is properly secured

STEP 4: CONSTRUCTION

For each project we assign a project manager, project coordinator and site supervisor

Protocols are established to ensure constant communication between our project managers and our clients

Cleaning and inspection of protected surfaces is done regularly
-
At each stage we review the budget to identify potential cost saving opportunities
-
Our site supervisor and project manager inspects sub-trades’ progress to avoid any unnecessary additional costs
-
We coordinate consultants field reviews and municipal building inspections
-
Final assessment is completed and all close out documents are submitted to client
